Peroxide vs Bleach

This was written by Becky Ransey of Indiana (a doctor’s wife), and I
want to share it with you. She was over recently for coffee and smelled
the bleach I was using to clean my toilet and counter tops. This is what
she told me:
“I would like to tell you of the benefits of that plain little ole
bottle of 3% peroxide you can get for under $1.00 at any drug store.
What does bleach cost? My husband has been in the medical field for over
36 years, and most doctors don’t tell you about peroxide.

“Have you ever smelled bleach in a doctor’s office ?
NO!!! Why? Because it smells, and it is not healthy! Ask the nurses who
work in the doctor’s offices, and ask them if they use bleach at home.
They are wiser and know better!

“Did you also know bleach was invented in the late 40’s? It’s chlorine,
folks! And it was used to kill our troops..
“Peroxide was invented during WWI. It was used to save and help cleanse
the needs of our troops and hospitals. Please think about this:

1. Take one capful (the little white cap that comes with the bottle) and
hold in your mouth for 10 minutes daily, then spit it out… (I do it
when I bathe.) No more canker sores, and your teeth will be whiter
without expensive pastes. Use it instead of mouthwash….
2. Let your toothbrushes soak in a cup of peroxide to keep them free of
germs.
3. Clean your counters and table tops with peroxide to kill germs and
leave a fresh smell.. Simply put a little on your dishrag when you wipe
down your countertops, or spray it on the counters directly.
4. After rinsing off your wooden cutting board, pour peroxide on it to
Kill salmonella and other bacteria.
5. I had fungus on my feet for years until I sprayed a 50/50 mixture of
Peroxide and water on them (especially the toes) every night and let
dry..
6. Soak any infections or cuts in 3% peroxide for five to ten minutes
several times a day. My husband has seen gangrene that would not heal
with any medicine but was healed by soaking in peroxide.
7. Fill a spray bottle with a 50/50 mixture of peroxide and water and
keep it in every bathroom to disinfect without harming your septic
system like bleach or most other disinfectants will.
8. Tilt your head back and spray into nostrils with your 50/50 mixture
whenever you have a cold, plugged sinus. It will bubble and help to kill
the bacteria. Hold for a few minutes, and then blow your nose into a
tissue.
9. If you have a terrible toothache and cannot get to a dentist right
away, put a capful of 3% peroxide into your mouth and hold it for ten
minutes several times a day. The pain will lessen greatly.
10… Put half a bottle of peroxide into your bath water to help rid
boils, fungus, or other skin infections..
11. You can also add a cup of peroxide instead of bleach to a load of
whites in your laundry to whiten them. If there is blood on clothing
pour it directly on the soiled spot. Let it sit for a minute, then rub
it and rinse with cold water.
Repeat if necessary..
12. I use peroxide to clean my mirrors. There is no smearing, which is
why I love it so much for this.
“I could go on and on. It is a little brown bottle no home should be
without!

“With prices of most necessities rising, I’m glad there’s a way to save
tons of money in such a simple, healthy manner!”

One’s body is absolutely an exceptional machine and when it is operating properly, we rarely ever worry about any difficulties that may be happening on the outside as a result of problems on the inside. The unfortunate point is, we are living in a world which does not consequently encourage a healthy way of life or supply us what we need to have to be as healthy as we can be. We tend to be bombarded by things that are terrible for us, both within the situations around us plus inside the foods and nutrients that we consume and the water that we drink. For many people, this ends in irregularity and other IBS signs or symptoms.

Surprisingly, it isn’t all that hard for you to get rid of your irritable bowel syndrome and to do away with a lot of the symptoms that you could be experiencing. It truly has to do with the balance that’s on the inside of one’s body, however fragile that balance may be. The unfortunate thing is, medical science is truly unable to determine why it is that we have IBS in the first place. As a matter of fact, they simply tend to lump all of the different difficulties into the same category, even though they are obviously different problems. For example, they would call problems with diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome while also calling constipation the same thing.

When you genuinely want to get rid of your IBS ailments, you have to be sure that this healthy balance within your body is as optimal as possible. To begin with, I would like to let you know that it might be extremely hard for you to balance this perfectly. As a consequence of a variety of farming techniques and the imperfection of man, it is impossible to get a lot of these digestive support enzymes, while they were honestly meant to exist within your body. Even so, you possibly can typically give the body what it really requires once you feed it adequately.

This is sometimes a little bit difficult for a individual with Irritable bowel syndrome, especially since a lot of these digestive enzymes are available  to you in raw vegetables and fruits. That’s why it may be necessary for you to supplement routinely as a way to bring this balance back to the body so that it is possible to begin to take them in naturally. This could possibly be done through pills available throughout the health food store or via a daily probiotic. It might take a little experimentation to discover something that does not upset you but when you finally find it, you should experience the road to recovery.

Are you ready to control your irritable bowel syndrome symptoms? Invite you to take control, today. Go to http://healthylivinginformation.net/IBS/ and get started controlling your symptoms and find health and happiness.

Eating for a healthy heart is an undertaking that more and more individuals are choosing on a daily basis. These days you can’t get away from it, whether it is a Bayer commercial about using aspirin for good heart health or Cheerios commercial about how the cereal can help reduce your risk of heart attack and heart disease. We are now constantly being inundated with messages about eating for a healthy heart. These messages aren’t all bad; as a matter of fact they’re very good America as a whole is now one of the most overweight countries in the world. As we all know obesity can lead to many diseases including diabetes, heart attack and heart disease. For these reasons taking a new approach to your eating habits in order to eat healthier can be a great approach to living a longer happier life. Well here are several hints to help you start eating for a healthy heart.

The first thing that we want to start doing in our quest to eat for a healthy heart is limiting unhealthy fats as well as cholesterol. Limiting the amount of saturated and trans fats that you taken can be a critical step towards lowering your cholesterol and ultimately preventing coronary artery disease. High cholesterol levels lead to build up of plaque along the walls of your arteries. As your arteries become closer and closer to being plugged sooner or later a clot can prompt a heart attack or stroke. In order to help you eat healthier the American Heart Association has provided guidelines to point consumers towards healthier eating habits.

1. These guidelines include eating less than 7% of saturated fats within your daily calorie intake.

2. Make sure that trans fats are less than 1% of your daily caloric intake.

3. Make sure that you ingest less than 300 mg per day of cholesterol for healthy adults or less than 200 mg per day if you have already been diagnosed with high levels of low density lipoprotein or bad cholesterol. Heeding these three simple concepts can help you accomplish eating for a healthy heart.

As you start eating for a healthy heart a great way to reduce saturated and trans fats is to limit the amount of solid fats that you taken to during meals. Solid fats include but are not limited to, shortening and margarine. If you are looking to add flavor when cooking try using low-fat substitute for a heart healthy diet. Examples of these substitutes include using low-fat yogurt instead of butter on a baked potato or use low sugar fruit spread on top of your toast rather than margarine. Also make sure to check food labels on crackers, chips and cookies because even though many of these snacks can be labeled reduced fat there may still be oils included which contain trans fats. Otherwise you will be working against you’re goal of eating for a healthy heart.

One red flag that indicates a food contains trans fats is if you find the phrasing “partially hydrogenated” within the ingredients list.

These are some simple things that you can start doing to start eating for a healthy heart. You’ll find that by altering your diet now and eating healthier foods that you can lengthen your life span as well as improve your quality of life as you enter your twilight years.

Everyone wants to feel better, look better and be happier. For more information on eating for a healthy heart I invite you to go to http://healthylivinginformation.net/HUK and start your plan of eating healthy today!

The human body is made up of around 70% water and so drinking water for health is essential our over-all well-being. Water transports nutrients and oxygen around the body, helps to get rid of waste and helps regulate body temperature. One of the easiest ways to calculate how much water your body needs each day is to divide your body weight in half, which will give you an estimation of your recommended daily intake of water in ounces. For instance, if you weigh 150 pounds, you should aim to drink at least 75 ounces of water. If you are active, you should drink an extra 8 ounce glass per 20 minutes of exercise as the body will expel extra water through perspiration in an attempt to cool your body down. It is also recommenced to drink an extra glass per hour if you are traveling by plane, and a glass of water per glass of alcohol of you are drinking. This will help keep your body hydrated, dilute the alcohol in your system and make the next day much more feasible. So drinking water for health will not only keep your body happy but your sanity as well. How Can We Get Enough? Drinking water for health is about thinking ahead. It is a good idea to carry a bottle of water with you everywhere you go, a trend that has picked up over the past few years. Or try to drink a glass of water every two hours, to keep you in the habit of drinking water regularly. This is important as many people leave drinking water until they feel thirsty, which means that your body is already dehydrated. Other signs of dehydration also include chronic pains in the joints and muscles, lower back pain, headache or constipation. The Urine Check! To see if you’re getting enough water, do a quick urine check when you go to the bathroom. If your urine is very dark yellow with a strong odor, then you are not drinking enough. The only time your urine should look dark in color is first thing in the morning, If however, your urine in pale yellow in color, then you are getting enough water. Drinking water for health should be a habit we should all try to get into, as it vital for our over-all well-being.

Healthy Food for the Heart

Heart disease is one of the main causes of death among adults worldwide.  All of us know there is good healthy food for the heart.  Healthy eating is all about enjoying a variety of foods from the different food groups. Unfortunately, when it comes to our health and nutrition, our society seems predisposed towards making us choose the unhealthy options. Why should you consume healthy foods for your heart? Learning to eat healthy foods is not a science reserved for the elite. For a healthy and sound body, all you need to do is substitute harmful food with healthy food alternatives.

A recent study discovered that nearly one third of the people today studied have got undetectable amounts of omega3 fatty acids within their blood stream, putting these people at more significant possibility for heart problems, stroke, being diabetic, and cognitive complications. Omega-3 also reduces the risk of heart attack. While being a very popular and heart-healthy food rich in omega-3 fatty acids, salmon is also a very tasty food. Consistently seafood is described as “brain food” and of late experts have included “rich in Omega3” and “heart healthy” on labeling. To prepare a heart-healthy food, try baked salmon steak with vegetables and a salad dressed with lemon juice (instead of a vinaigrette sauce which is too rich in calories)

Brazil nuts contain mono-saturated fats that make it a healthy food for the heart. Parsley contains several important flavonoids, and this makes it a healthy food for the heart. Enjoying some dark chocolate bars is similar to obtaining the identical antioxidant content provided by a couple of glasses of burgandy or merlot wine or three servings of Asian tea extract. If you miss milk shakes, try a low-fat fruit smoothie, instead. Soluble fiber also helps keep your digestive system healthy. Apples, nuts and oats are an excellent source of soluble fiber. Eat an apple with a handful of walnuts or almonds as a healthy treat or add slices of apples to salads. In addition Nuts lower the LDL (bad) cholesterol and the risk of heart disease. Research shows that if you lower your blood cholesterol levels, you lower your risk of coronary disease and stroke. Whole grains are another source of soluble fiber and provide vitamins to help maintain a healthy heart. The soluble fiber binds with cholesterol, which is then shunted out of the body, and their level falls. These good fats will also keep your cholesterol levels low.

In spite of what the thousands of seemingly “healthy” products claim, the truth is there are no shortcuts to becoming fit and healthy. It is a conscious effort and choice. Our purpose is to help make the healthier alternative easier to choose. Most people can lower their cholesterol by choosing an active lifestyle, achieving and maintaining a healthy body weight, and eating better. Eating healthy for your heart is something everybody should attempt to do, particularly when it comes to restoring health and reducing cardiovascular disease.

Start eating healthy food for the heart today. Don’t delay take the time to make the changes for yourself and your family.

Eating for a Healthy Heart

Eating for a healthy heart is not difficult, and it is not about making radical, short-term changes to your diet. It is about making a lifestyle change. Eating for a healthy heart is an essential first step to reducing your risk of developing heart disease. Heart disease takes more lives than the next seven leading causes of death. Discover why eating for a healthy heart is not as rigid as you thought, but it is vital to happy healthful life.

If heart disease runs in your family you have to be especially careful. Heart or cardiovascular disease is the number one killer of men and women in the United States. It kills more Americans than all forms of cancer combined. Heart attacks are devastating, especially when they come as a surprise, and many people who experience a heart attack never recover. Heart disease is a huge, blanketing term that encompasses every disease or condition related to your heart. It is the result of clogging of the coronary arteries due to the build-up of fatty deposits in your blood vessels. Heart attacks can be prevented, yet millions of people in the western world increase their risk of having a heart attack by some things they do every day. There are many factors that can influence your risk of heart disease. How and what you choose to eat can greatly affect the health of your heart. There are foods that you can eat in order to promote and maintain a healthy heart. To keep your heart and body healthy, develop a diet around the following guidelines: Eat a variety of foods. Your heart is begging you to step away from the cheeseburger. You are learning to make healthier choices about food that will protect your heart for the rest of your life. In other words, a heart-healthy diet isn’t tough to achieve. If you want to get into the specifics, the American Heart Association recommends keeping your intake of total fat to about 30 percent of your combined daily calories.

Healthy eating is very important for a healthy heart. Eat a proper diet. Healthy cooking recipes are certainly popular as more of us strive to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Two healthy cooking strategies are stir frying and sautéing with olive oil or canola oil. Healthy carbohydrates involve whole grain breads, whole grain pasta, brown rice, and a ton of vegetables. Top salads with heart-healthy avocado instead of mayonnaise. Plain yogurt is also an excellent substitute for sour cream.

Eating for your heart involves staying away from sugary foods such as candy, cookies, cakes, and pastries. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables is good, as these foods are rich in anti-oxidants. Eating healthy is always great for your body and your lifestyle, especially when it comes to your heart and also the prevention of heart disease. Eating healthy for your heart is one thing everyone should try to do, particularly when it involves restoring health and reducing heart attacks.

Keeping your heart strong, your weight down and staying satisfied. As the scientific evidence accumulates, it seems to show that eating for a healthy heart is not about what to avoid eating — it’s about what to enjoy.

Start your plan for eating for a healthy heart today. Don’t delay take the time to make the changes for yourself and your family.

The importance of staying hydrated is one type of healthy living information everyone should know. What exactly is dehydration and why you ought to have knowledge of it? Dehydration is a rapid loss of, more than, 3 % of overall body water. The normal mature body is Fifty to 65 per-cent. A guy’s body is Sixty to Sixty five % water, compared to Fifty to Sixty % for a woman. Dehydration, if drastic enough, would be life threatening.

Do you know the warning signs of dehydration?

In accordance with the U.S. National Library of Medicine to possess good healthy living information you need to understand these, commonplace, signs of dehydration:

• Not having the ability to urinate, or not as much as typical

• Urine that is extremely strong and dark yellow in color

• Not being able to produce tears

• Sunken eyes

• Confusion

• Dryness or even sticky feeling within the mouth

What Are Causes of Dehydration?

• One standard reason for dehydration is intestinal sickness, as you greatly reduce fluids through vomiting and diarrhea.

• It is not usual to realize a level of even nominal dehydration during sports activities in addition to other everyday outdoor activity. Unfortunately unless you replenish water you eliminate by means of perspiration as you go, you can end up dehydrated from physical exercise, especially on a hot day.

• Excessive caffeine consumption. Caffeine is seen as a diuretic (it tends to make people urinate a whole lot more frequently that you really customarily might).

Preventing Dehydration

• The ideal way of avoiding dehydration is to drink lots of fluids, especially on scorching, dry days. Water is, frequently, the top choice. Water won’t add calories and is particularly fantastic for ones health.

• Dress properly for your activity. When ever outside on a sweltering day, wear loosely fitting clothes. They are going to help you stay much cooler and reduce sweating.

• If you do get parched or dizzy, please take a quick rest. Be seated somewhere cool and sip water.

• Keep track of just how much water and water based drinks you consume. Remember any frozen fruit juice bars & frozen treats.

• Remember caffeine works as a diuretic also leads to fluid loss, for that reason reduce your consumption of coffee, tea and sodas.

• Fruit juice is sometimes diluted with water to cut back calories

There are other benefits of staying hydrated. When your body’s cells just isn’t effectively hydrated, it has an effect on your general wellness. Appropriate hydration has been shown to:

• Greatly reduce joint painfulness.

• Prevent and treat depression

• Aid in eye health

• Replenish wholesome skin

• Aid elimination of body waste and toxins

• Burn extra body fat and build lean muscle

Get in the routine of drinking more fluids, especially cool, clean water. Keep track of what you consume. Your life could depend on it. This really is healthy living information every one of us can use.

Anxiety Attacks Symptoms

Author: Trevor Hindmarsh
What Are The Symptoms Of Anxiety Attacks

Anxiety attacks symptoms will arise when the anxiety levels peak, producing the most extreme manifestations of the ‘fight or flight’ response. Anxiety attacks signs and symptoms are all the side consequences of the anxiety response and Certainly not symptoms of illness; the feelings and thoughts experienced during an anxiety attack developed during human evolution in order to shield all of us from danger but when no true danger is found in anxiety problems, these physical modifications are obsolete and worthless.

How Are Anxiety Symptoms Started?

Anxiety attacks symptoms are formed when the Amygdala, a tiny organ in the brain which controls the anxiety response, gets ‘reset’ at a higher than appropriate level of anxiety. Anytime this specific reset occurs, the entire body becomes used to running at a larger than regular level of anxiety. You KNOW that it feels drastically wrong but because this reset has happened deep in your subconscious mind, there is very very little you are able to do about it except if you know how.

Anxiety attacks symptoms therefore occur when the body goes into ‘fight or flight’ and produces the hormone adrenalin into the blood stream in order to set off the different bodily methods needed to either run or combat danger.

The tummy and digestive tract slow down, inhaling and exhaling quickens to post additional oxygen all-around the body, water is diverted to the muscles for energy, the heart rate soars and muscle tissue tense… these are just several of the changes which occur and all of all these are the adjustments which cause anxiety attack symptoms to be created.

All of the dizziness, rapid heart, shaking, blurry vision, digestive upset, smothering feelings or difficulty breathing and every single other experience and thought you encounter are anxiety attack symptoms and not the symptoms of anything at all threatening; they just feel that way.

What type of symptoms will I experience?

This list of anxiety attack symptoms is by no means complete, a number of people go through a combination of those symptoms, many people just a small number of symptoms. You might encounter anxiety attack symptoms which are not necessarily on this list, but you can enter the therapy page by pressing the link to uncover the full list of symptoms which are revealed in the course..
