What Are The Symptoms Of Anxiety Attacks
Anxiety attacks symptoms will arise when the anxiety levels peak, producing the most extreme manifestations of the ‘fight or flight’ response. Anxiety attacks signs and symptoms are all the side consequences of the anxiety response and Certainly not symptoms of illness; the feelings and thoughts experienced during an anxiety attack developed during human evolution in order to shield all of us from danger but when no true danger is found in anxiety problems, these physical modifications are obsolete and worthless.
How Are Anxiety Symptoms Started?
Anxiety attacks symptoms are formed when the Amygdala, a tiny organ in the brain which controls the anxiety response, gets ‘reset’ at a higher than appropriate level of anxiety. Anytime this specific reset occurs, the entire body becomes used to running at a larger than regular level of anxiety. You KNOW that it feels drastically wrong but because this reset has happened deep in your subconscious mind, there is very very little you are able to do about it except if you know how.
Anxiety attacks symptoms therefore occur when the body goes into ‘fight or flight’ and produces the hormone adrenalin into the blood stream in order to set off the different bodily methods needed to either run or combat danger.
The tummy and digestive tract slow down, inhaling and exhaling quickens to post additional oxygen all-around the body, water is diverted to the muscles for energy, the heart rate soars and muscle tissue tense… these are just several of the changes which occur and all of all these are the adjustments which cause anxiety attack symptoms to be created.
All of the dizziness, rapid heart, shaking, blurry vision, digestive upset, smothering feelings or difficulty breathing and every single other experience and thought you encounter are anxiety attack symptoms and not the symptoms of anything at all threatening; they just feel that way.
