I think a diet containing important nutrients, essential fatty acids, minerals and vitamins is an important factor in maintaining a healthy body and psychical well-being. Our hormonal balance means we function normally. When there is an imbalance, our body starts behaving strangely and it affects our nervous system too. I realized there is a lot of omega-3 fatty acids in beluga caviar, and since then I eat it as a treat or a snack, and it is healthy, too. In general I go by the rainbow diet as well. If I eat a bit of everything that is good for me, I can’t go wrong.
