Just three weeks away. Jason knew that tennis tryouts were just three weeks away and he wasn’t ready. Granted you do need access to a pool or other body of water but swimming makes for a great workout that can help you build endurance and increase stamina naturally and quickly. Swimming also provides a low impact workout which can be great for individuals who have joint problems or who can’t engage in more rigorous forms of exercise.

If all else fails if you can always pull out the old helmet and go for bike ride. Cycling is another wonderful form of exercise as that not only allows you to increase your lower body strength and increase your stamina naturally all while getting the opportunity to get outside of taken some fresh air and some beautiful scenery. So Jason very quickly learned and hopefully you will too that there are a lot of ways to increase stamina naturally that doesn’t entail having to run around the block.
